Criminals thrive near top cop home Dec 5th 2011, 00:00 The police said they need more men to man the area. "There are seven town outposts along with the station area where constables stay to guard different localities. Each outpost needs at least 10 constables as against the existing two or three. Moving throughout the area is difficult, but the police are trying hard," an officer at Shastri Nagar police station said.
