2G: Behura's bail plea dismissed Dec 16th 2011, 10:12 New Delhi, Dec 16 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Friday dismissed the bail application of former telecom secretary Siddhartha Behura, one of the 14 accused in the 2G spectrum allocation scam.
